About Worth Creech

I started my natural resource career in 2001 and for over twenty years managed and implemented numerous mitigation/restoration sites in various states and habitat types. In 2021, I co-invented QuickReef®, Native Shoreline’s most popular living shoreline product, and made the transition from mitigation to coastal restoration in my current role as Direction of Operations and Innovation at Native Shorelines. I spend my time managing site implementation and working with manufacturers and subcontractors to ensure customers are happy with their shorelines. I love to think of new ways to protect our coasts by creating new products that look great and work incredibly well using all natural, native materials. I enjoy getting salty and solving the difficult logistical challenges in the harsh marine environment. I am proud to be an Eagle Scout.
