Reorganized, hired new staff, managed outsourcers, and implemented a priority ratings system and responsibility matrix in our IT Department. My work has involved an overhaul of marketing messaging and corporate identity, market research, project management/operations (IT, employee handbook/policies, managing employee immigration issues, workflow improvements), planning digital advertising (LinkedIn, AdWords) campaigns, planning for trade shows, public relations, and crisis management. I've been a practitioner in various IT related projects such as: ERP system upgrades; designed a private HR portal with e-signatures for downloading company policies; BI reporting; encrypted file sharing; selecting and installing a 3D printer for precision prototyping; PBX to VoIP phone server migration; participated in meetings with state economic development; headed committee to re-write employee handbook; security review and training; as well as advancing the automation of manufacturing, sales and inventory processes. I've also taken a project management role to help oversee the progress of 20+ IT projects (narrowing those down significantly), related to the ERP and general IT, focusing priorities, and hiring a team. I personally built and designed Taplanners.com and totalalignmentcharitable.org. I also revamped the main Web site for SSL support and added a mobile theme.
