Owned Vodafone's consumer commercial propositions for International and Roaming; accountable for end-to-end management, financial performance and customer experience- Initiated roll-out of new Roaming and International Products to Vodafone’s Consumer customer base; enhancements to the European 'EuroTraveller' proposition, the introduction and subsequent enhancement of a rest of World 'WorldTraveller' proposition, a series of changes to International product offerings as well as inclusive Roaming within core tariffs- Partnered successfully with Vodafone’s Enterprise Business Unit to produce Business cases that work cross-segment without diluting company revenue or profitability while ensuring a market-winning suite of propositions were delivered. To date, this is still the largest 'take your home tariff abroad' footprint offered by any network operator in the UK and has halted declining revenues by unlocking previously ‘silent’ roamers- Spearheaded a cross-functional initiative to achieve improvements to the Roaming customer tNPS which resulted in a shift from -6 to +37 over the course of 12 months. This was possible through a series of insight gathering methods, data analysis, website redesign, the changing of key policies/procedures, the introduction of new products and a deep-dive into the technical challenges we faced to identify root causes and implement a number of fixes in the IT architecture- Created new revenue streams of ~£3.5m/year through the introduction of Roaming Product offerings in the Caribbean; subsequently rolled out to the whole Vodafone Group- Exceeded company objectives with product penetration and commercial performance continually exceeding the forecast results- Managed the end-to-end product life-cycle; planning, insight, shaping, launch, in-life management (both financial and customer experience), and decommissioning- Achieved the UK's largest 4G roaming network footprint (100+ countries)
