Lead the identification and subsequent elimination of time consuming, ineffective, costly processes through the creation of simple, fit for purpose, cost-effective solutions; supporting transformation of the business toward a leaner, more effectively digitised, automated organisation.- Provision of solutions to complex business & technology problems, the role requires strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills at a senior management level in a fast-paced, commercially driven, customer-focused environment- Effective management of business needs, the shaping and scoping of ideas, alignment to business strategy and goals, eliciting business requirements and benefits, and ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle (Agile Backlog)- Accurately assessing business architectural impact; including the impact of change on existing processes, organisational structures, and technology while capturing new and updated processes, business intelligence, data, and information modelling- Working with Product Owner(s), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and transformation project leads to understand taxonomies, portfolio, transformation paths, and commercials- Lead benefit case analysis and feed output into business cases by utilising information from our sales, customer services, customer experience, commercial management, product management, and finance teams to support Product & Transformation projects- Identification & documentation of transformation development and dependencies; including supporting the production of the business case and funding requests, helping to build plans, supporting implementation activities, and ensuring quality management (maintaining and managing traceability matrices)- Identification and documentation of Business, network, and IT dependencies across our Operational, Technology, and IT teams. Ensuring integration of this information with programme timelines to identify any gaps and conflicts
