CurrentAssists Project Manager with the successful full cycle of assigned FTTP projects within the whole province of Saskatchewan, from initiation to completion. As of today, I helped the company to provide fiber to at the least 56 communities across Saskatchewan province.Help with the design and implementation of fiber optic communication systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other technical documents.Organize and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accurate version control.Collaborate with team members to create and update technical manuals, procedures, and specifications.Support project managers in coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and managing project timelines.Assist with resource allocation and monitor project budgets.Conduct research on technical topics to support project teams.Ensure timely material & invoicing processing based on contract terms & conditionsAssist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of technical data.Use databases and spreadsheets to organize and manage technical information.Provide initial troubleshooting support for technical issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel.Facilitate communication within the technical team and with external stakeholders.Maintain clear and concise communication channels to ensure effective information flow.Utilized ArcGIS and remote sensing skills to pinpoint project and critical areas in the map.Provide training and support to team members on the use of technical tools and software.Ensure appropriate material management audits & controls followed by contractorsProviding technical assistance for fiber equipment installation and operationCommunicating plans, risks, issues, and actions that adheres to customer satisfaction
