As Senior Manager for the GovStrive Workforce Solutions team, I managed the technical aspects and lead the implementation of the GovStrive suite of applications, focusing on the Human Capital Management within the Federal Sector. In addition to application management and support, I also lead/supported strategic Human Resources (HR) consulting contracts with various departments and agencies. We supported agencies in the areas of HR Technology, Workforce Planning, Budget-Position Management and other various support needs.

As the IT Security Project Manager, I oversaw and managed various aspects of security installation and implementation including infrastructure updates, application needs and process changes. I facilitated and managed the work and interaction of multiple project work streams within the IT Security landscape and ensured all aspects of the project were delivered on time and on budget. Other responsibilities included:• Served as the liaison for internal business units and vendors providing project management support, tracking, and communication of project progress and reported directly to Executive Leadership.• Evaluated solutions for the various internal work streams and made recommendations to Leadership to inform decision making and path forward action.

As the Vice President of Operations, I functioned as an executive management leader with responsibility for many roles within the organization. As a provider of Federal Human Resource applications, I played a direct role in the definition and delivery of the applications and services both from a customer success perspective and internally within the GDCI Operations team. Other responsibilities included:• Oversight of the GDCI Security Officer including implementation of the security program at GDCI and management of growth and adherence to policy across all employee units.• Served as the Agile Product/Project Owner for all applications and the escalation point for all client needs within the Agile Development process.• Provided strategic management and direction for GDCI's applications in coordination with the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Business Development.• Assisted with Technical Sales and Communications by driving product demos and training sessions as needed throughout the implementation life of the applications.• Responsibility for person management and delivery of internal and external projects and engagements.

As the Project Manager in the OB/GYN Division of Clinical Research, I supervised seven team members responsible for the recruitment and intake process for the study. I managed the daily activities and process for the project including scheduling, inventory, training of all employees, and data management and tracking. I compiled statistics to be reported to the Project Director and Primary Investigator and assisted in auditing of all birth control methods and incentives for the project.
