Technical Senior
Current- Perform corrective technical interventions for hardware and software issues on system components using remote access, troubleshooting, and resolution tools.
- Collaborate closely with specialized technical teams to resolve incidents.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical skills for our Level 1 Technicians.
- Provide technical support to our Level 1 Technicians.
- Analyze incident severity, conduct technical assessments of tickets, and enhance IT problem resolution processes.
- Update, maintain and create knowledge bases.
