Computers are like fairy tales: anything can happen, and the ending depends on who wrote the story.In today's world, the question is not whether technology can meet our needs, but whether users can keep up with it. With this in mind, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT & Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences to learn more about the relationship between technology and its users. The mission in most projects was to align the needs and wants of the users with the possibilities applications offered, as well as aligning the users with the capabilities of the applications to ensure effective collaboration.In addition, I completed a minor in Blockchain and Crypto technology, which piqued my interest in finance and its connection to developing technology. This led me to work at an NFT company as the Team Lead for the Community Management team, where I was in the middle of both the users and the developers, setting up the technology. As Community Management can be seen as a combination of customer service and marketing, I was responsible for presenting user problems internally to be solved, as well as getting users excited about new features when they were released.In summary, I enjoy seeing both sides of the equation, the human and the technological, to ensure they can work together effectively. This way, technology and its users can live happily ever after in the digital fairytale.
