I have been working in the yachting industry for over 20 years started in the production and via several positions like engineer and project manager with a small side step to sales now for filling the position of COO.Due to the fact that I have been working on so many different levels I can easily switch between different levels and environments. My approach is pro active and solution driven their is a solution for every challenge.As part of a team I like to inspire and develop them in their role so the team is able to set targets who are challenging but feasible. In my current position I have realised that I miss the contact with the client. I am more a generalist and a problem solver.
