My current position with Safran is the Senior Legal Counsel for the Safran Cabin Cargo & Catering Equipment Division. My daily work consists of the following services and related responsibilities:• Member of the Management Team of the Division;• Review of (international) commercial contracts and drafts advise to salesforce and higher management;• Preparation of legal/corporate documents such as board- and shareholders meeting minutes, board and shareholders resolutions, powers of attorney;• Responsible for the Trademarks registrations;• Disputes, claims and court cases; • Liaising third parties such as Notary/ Lawyers/ Advocates and others.Special Projects / Responsibilities:• Sale of a complete business unit (BU Services), which included the sale of seven legal entities around the world;• Transfer pricing projects;• Performing the duties of the Trade Compliance Coordinator for the Dutch entities;• Transfer of Manufacturing from USA to Thailand / Germany;• Over the last years, I have worked on two Legal name change projects.
