I lead a team that advises on governance an structuring in the (semi) Public Sector. I am often engaged from strategy and design to execution and implementation in a legal-consulting way of working.My clients are typically (central) Governments and Public Sector institutions that want to engage in new (hybrid) structures for public-private partnerships, public funds or any other (new) public ventures that need to be rationalized or designed. Often, I am engaged in complex transformations with a large variety of stakeholders and legal, fiscal, financial and organisational challenges. In the past I have been a project lead on many partnership-engagement and cooperation structures, both in designing the model/governance, and implementation.I'm also an author and publish frequently on Public Governance.Further, I have an elaborate experience in governance and structuring for health care institutions and companies.
