Led operations for DEME Offshores Breda office, overseeing 200+ FTEs across 4 BUs and SPT operations in Woerden with an additional 35 FTEs with a combined P&L responsibility of €300 Mio.+ Eliminated personnel shortage by rationalizing overhead activities across business lines and companies.+ Restructured Cathie Associates to return to black figures.+ Aligned tendering activity with the market reality, increasing overall revenue by 10%.

Directed DEME Group's activities in the Americas, driving annual turnover to ~€75 Mio.+ Built the hit rate of DEME Group to 75% of the dredging projects for the Panama Canal expansion.+ Expanded activities of the DEME Group towards Peru and Colombia.+ Achieved predictable profit margins and balanced turnover by increasing financial awareness and responsibility to the team in Belgium and locally.
