Manager Digital And Technology Deployment
CurrentResponsible for the program to deliver systematic business improvements through a suite of digital and technology solutions in Shell’s Upstream Oil & Gas and Integrated Gas (LNG and GTL) businesses worldwide. • Manage the delivery of digital and technology deployments through a team of 5 regional leads, 19 solution bundle leads and 50+ experts.• Engage with key stakeholders in operating assets to identify opportunities where external and in-house developed technologies can improve performance in safety, cost and/or emission.• Marketing of technologies by showcasing successes across sites and organizations to inspire and create demand. • Support transformation of the research & development process and lead continuous improvement of the technology deployment and replication process.
