As manager of our faculty bar, Gnorgl, I am responsible for the daily operations of the bar, such as sustaining contacts with our suppliers, organizing parties, managing social media and much more. Furthermore, I am involved in meetings with the police, city and university regarding (sexually) inappropriate behaviour, alcohol abuse and night-time noise nuicanse amongst students. Lastly, I am in charge of a team of 15 volunteers and face the task of keeping them motivated on a daily basis.

As Prom manager at LBK I was responsible for organizing our biggest yearly event, with up to 1000 guests and a revenue of € 30.000. Here I learned how to manage contacts with external partners, how to make a financial plan, how to direct meetings and much more. Furthermore, I was responsible for managing a team of 6 people.
