Alewijnse Industry is a versatile system integrator with extensive experience in electrotechnical installations, industrial automation, and production of switchboards. The teams within Alewijnse have substantial knowledge with drinking water processes, food Industry, geothermal energy plants, process- and manufacturing Industry. In this role the focus was fully on "making Alewijnse great again" when it comes to panelbuilding after the restructuring of the complete company. Alewijnse is well known in the marine industry for switchboards and all this know-how could easily be transferred into other business segments to benefit from it. Allignment between the multiple locations was crucial for succes and that was exactly were I was working on.

Nieuwegein

In this role I have worked mostly on building the internal organization like, job descriptions, salary house, personal development plans, etc.Giving lead to a team of 16 highly skilled and driven professionals. I was also involved in some of the activities of Triple Dutch, the one-stop manufacturing support branch of ZiGN.

Ellesmere (Uk) / Houten (Nl)

Based in Ellesmere (UK) and Houten (NL) I am responsible for the purchase activities done within the Fullwood Group.Primarily focus is the implementation of a new procurement strategy with the objective to minimize the stock levels without increasing our lead times to our customers world wide. Main focus was to stream line the manufacturing process of the M2 Milkrobot.Finding and selecting new partners for the Group with the aim to make sure that Fullwood delivers its first class equipment to their customers.

Houten

In this period we changed the core business of Fusion Electronics to a company with a strong and renewed focus on product development.All of the operational activities were relocated to our factory in the UK. In this period it was my responsibility to transfer all the processes and knowledge to the team in the UK and restructure the business as described.

Houten

Being a repair engineer / assembly engineer, I was also involved in purchase, subcontracting electronics, assembly, warehousing and logistics. Fusion was growing into the company it now is and a natural step for me was taking the position of Manager Operations at that time.In this role I am responsible for logistics, procurement, the repair shop, order processing and manufacturing at our location in Houten. We also have a manufacturing plant in Ellesmere (UK) where our milking robot is assembled. A sub-assembly is fully built in Houten and after testing and pre-configurating, it is shipped to the UK for further processing. The assembly we build is the electrical heart of our Fullwood milking robot M2.Smaller controllers and other parts are also manufactured in Houten before they get shipped throughout the Fullwood group.

Wijk Bij Duurstede

My first position at Fusion Electronics was as a Repair Engineer. Mostly third party related electronic PCB's were repaired by me on component level. A little bit of reversed engineering was needed too, even when we didn't had the proper schematics. At that time I was also responsible for purchasing the needed components, maintaining schematics, etc.At that time Fullwood started also to deliver its own developed electronic controllers which were used in a milking system for feeding, milking, weighing, etc.The assembly of these parts was also done by me.

Zeist

Helpdesk engineer for the Zeist community. All ICT related processes were going through the office I worked at that time. For making backups at the firehouse station, upto printing parking fines.

Den Bosch

Temporarily job as a hired repair engineer for Tulip computers. Main activity was the repair and calibration of CRT screens.
