I am a Dutch tax lawyer with a Master degree in Dutch tax law. At Baker & McKenzie I primarily focus on the advisory of clients in the field of international tax planning, transfer pricing, the set up of joint ventures, chartering and leasing structures, group restructurings, M&A, foreign investments, financial structures, fund structuring, profit repatriation and treaty interpretation. My clients consist of multinationals from all over the world, among others, active in wholesale, retail, media and offshore industries. Further, I am a member of the European Latin America desk. In this respect, I am assisting multinationals with in- and outbound investments from Latin America (mainly Brazil and Mexico) to Europe and vice versa
