Mr Gerber completed a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Bachelor of Technology Degree in mechanical Engineering from the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). He has 22 years’ experience in the aviation industry spread over a wide spectrum of activities including strategic, operations and project management, as well as governance and business development. He is an expert in deploying new technology programmes and industrialisation. He lead the research and development division inside of Aerosud Aviation. Within this portfolio he managed several “world first” technology programmes and has earned international recognition for innovative solutions coupled with accelerated delivery. Today he one of Three Partners at Petrawell (Pty) ltd where he focuses on local and international Business development.
