About Wouter Hendriksen

By training I'm a chemical engineer and with a broad area of interest ranging from, sustainable materials, new production processes to innovative applications. With a combined knowledge on molecular synthesis strategies, process engineering, reaction kinetics/thermodynamics and material science, I am open for any challenge that creates more sustainability. I get energy from working with a diverse team of people, combining knowledge, team spirit and personal drive to solve challenges. As a communicative and social person with a broad interest, my biggest contribution is bridging the gap between specialists and towards a general audience to develop new ideas. Currently I'm a R&D Manager at Smit&zoon, where I combine scientific knowledge, with industrial development and market applications to make an impact for a sustainable future.
