Responsible for an effective quality management system and project quality assurance with a total of 19 employees, including 6 "direct reports".- Organizational development: adaptation of the organization to the com-pany's requirements (structural and procedural organization).- Team development: Alignment of the team with future customer and project requirements.- Problem handling: management of investigations on quality deviations incl. implementation of solutions.- Customer management: Exchange with regular customers about their expectations on topics such as product quality, customer satisfaction.- Audit management: responsible for the internal auditing and for external certifications (ISO 9001; 14001; 45001, AQAP 2110).

Zurich

Established the strategic procurement function and developed the procurement strategy. Leadership responsibility for 7 employees: supplier management, supplier development, project procurement, value management, risk management and procurement processes.- Responsible for the sourcing process. Conducted various tenders and implemented award decisions.- Redefined and implemented procurement role in customer projects. Involvement of procurement in the bid process.- Ensured and improved early involvement of procurement and collaboration with product management and product development.- Personal responsibility for selected key suppliers and large orders.- Led various negotiations (price and contract) with international suppliers.- Introduced supplier cockpit in category management: supplier reduction, award decisions based on supplier competencies and supplier performance.- Rolled out supplier performance management and supplier development- Establishment of know-how exchange and cooperation within the procurement community in the group.
