I've started Shelfie in 2014 with just an idea. Today, it is an app for both Android and iOS devices. With Shelfie you have access to your own analog past. Video's that were previously only visible on old videotapes or filmreels, can now be accessed on your mobile phone, tablet and TV.I am the initiator and designer of Shelfie. My best friend, Kevin van Dijk, was the full-stack programmer. Together we created the app and already have a few customers.Made use of Sketch and Zeplin to make the design mockups for the apps. Did prototype testing on customers through InVision and Origami, made the website with Wordpress and produced and filmed our commercials and video's through After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator.This app is an "scratch your own itch". My father filmed me and my brother when we were young and I wanted to have access to those videotapes at all times. Now with Shelfie, me, my family and the world, can. Mission accomplished.

I’ve worked at the UvNL from the very beginning, being the first quality checker at the company. It honestly is the best side job I could hope for. Watching and checking lectures from the best professors the Netherlands has to offer is simply great.My job was to check auditive or visual mistakes, to make sure the rhythm of shots were right, check if the camera wasn’t shaking or blurry.
