I am associate professor at Ghent University, Belgium, in the field of UAV (drone) monitoring. Our research focuses on applying UAVs to monitor of agricultural and natural ecosystems as well as water and air quality monitoring. We combine hyperspectral, multispectral, thermal, high resolution RGB and LiDAR data, and often apply Machine and Deep Learning for our models.
