He obtained his mechanical engineering degree B.Eng.Mech at the University of Pretoria in 1991,and MBA bridging diploma at R.A.U. He has also consulted and presented at seminars overseas and was the technical advisor to a prominent construction company in New York, U.S.A. in 2001.He is a talented and exceptionally competent engineer with vast experience in the design and fabrication of large mineral processing plants and equipment. He is regarded as one of the top experts of vibrating screening equipment in South Africa. He is an excellent manager with the skills and experience to lead and motivate the people reporting to him. He is respected by his peers and colleagues for his knowledge and thoroughness. He sets the example of hard work and commitment and manages with fairness and integrity.
