My responsility was to oversee the overall business performance for the division.

• Client Calling program . • Managing Supervisors , Drivers . • Problem solving.• Assuring that staff understands the risks involved while working within power stations / steel factories and in refineries and know what action to take in case of incidents. • Involved in training people to improve there knowledge and increase production. • Feedback to superiors and client regarding complaints . • Compiling of reports.• Conduct Monthly operations ,quality & risk meetings (safety toolbox talks).• Promote cost saving within the team (reduce costs).• Involved in Budget . • Involved in Job costing ( Quotes ,Tenders ,ect ). • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures . • Ensure control of direct expenses . • Utilization of equipment and material ,availability .• Ensure adherence to the Basic conditions of employment (BCEA)• Investigate new project leads .• Ensure adherence to SHREQ .• Development of employees ,in line with the TMS Career Path Plan . • Excellent management skills of planning.• Ensuring proper planning for the day to day activities , projects and Shutdown . • Working with a numerous clients and ensuring time limits are being kept. • Experience in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, project cost. • Strategic planning to enhance productivity. • Making sure equipment is being maintained .• Executing cost saving and work within the budget limits.
