* Responsible for the global growth of the PMO department. Additionally, contribute to drive the development of the Services department in region West, covering the Netherlands, England, and Scandinavia.* Manage an efficient central planning (internal/external), improve/maintain utilization of resources, and balance demand and supply.* Manage and deliver progress- and monthly reports on all Services- and project activities, while facilitating financial forecasting.* Close knowledge gaps for certain skills and activities within different Services activities.* Responsible for resource management, risk & issue management, and quality management on project level.
