What inspires you in life?Ever since I was a kid, I've been excited about exploring ideas. Innovation is the common thread in my career.The subject of work truly fascinates me.On average, we spend a third of our lives working.It is one of our most influential relationships in life. It shapes our experiences and how we impact the world.We have created many beliefs and practices around work. Some serve us. Many no longer do.Or never did in the first place.I'm passionate about innovating work to enrich our lives.That’s why I founded Life-Centric Work Lab.In our lab we bring together progressive professionals around the world who challenge accepted norms about work and rethink its role in life. Together we help each other explore and implement ideas around work that contribute to prosperous lives, greater wellbeing and better business.Besides Life-Centric Work Lab, I love exploring ideas and sharing my curiosity. It’s my invitation to look at our world in new ways and continue to learn new perspectives from you.When I’m not working, you can probably find me at the beach. I was responsible for leading a team of software and hardware engineers, crafting the development plan, eliciting customer and user requirements, and supporting sales and promotional activities. Together with resource management I established a core team with expertise to engineer, commission and maintain remote control systems globally. -

I mapped operator work processes, specified operator requirements and designed the human-machine interface.In a project to develop and build 22 automated container yard cranes in Singapore I contributed to requirements management, supported logistics at the pre-commisioning site in China and carried out commissioning activities at the terminal in Singapore.
