Als HRM trainee volg ik een driejarig innovatief talent program, waarin ik gestimuleerd word mezelf te ontplooien tot een zelfbewuste vakspecialist met management skills. In dit traject vervul ik diverse posities bij verschillende organisaties en neem ik deel aan een uitdagend ontwikkelingsprogramma dat bestaat uit trainingen, assignments “on-the-job” en coaching.

What is 'Nederland Bedankt' ? During sixteen weeks, each week thank three different persons who during the Corona crisis made a remarkable positive impact. We believe that, although they did not do it for a 'thank you', it would be a wonderful gesture to give them a moment for themselves, a time to relax and recharge. We do this in partnership with big-hearted luxurious 4&5-star hotels and Michelin restaurants spread throughout The Netherlands. All their remarkable stories are saved from oblivion and documented in the “Nederland bedankt boek” by a 33 heads-counting team of remarkable journalists, photographers, writers, poets, editors, graphic designers, social media expert, and other young professionals. The beauty of it? They are all in it on a complete volunteer basis to make this unique event happen. The Nederland Bedankt book will be a historical reminder in the future when the corona crisis is hopefully a fading memory, to see that during these times there we so many people who made the decision to create a beautiful, positive impact. The goal is simple, sell at least 10.000 books, create a smile on the faces which have been under large portions of stress during the Covid-19 crisis in The Netherlands, show to the world that good deeds not always go unnoticed and create positive role models who inspire others to do, good. We believe that healthcare workers who are hit by long during illnesses due to Corona should be able to focus solely on restoring their health instead of worrying about their financial situation. That's why the complete profit of the book sales is donated to the ZWiC Stichting.
