My thesis was about researching and designing a decision support tool to steer workload in an air cargo terminal with the use of different palletization strategies at outstations.

During this 10-week project I worked together with 5 fellow students from TU Delft on a case about reducing the emissions caused by ground operations at Schiphol Airport.

As a study promoter you are trying to inform high school students about the goal and the content of the study Mechanical Engineering. It's important that you are not a salesman but more of an informer so that they find the study that is best suited for them.

Trekschuit2.0 (now CityBarge) is an initiative from several companies and organizations. These parties had the idea to start using the canals in Dutch cities (again) for logistic operations, as the roads in the most inner cities in the Netherlands were very congested, mainly because of the large amount of supply vehicles. I was a part of the team that conducted the initial feasability study.

Lyceo is a Dutch company that uses university students to give crash courses to high school students to prepare them for their final exams. As an exam trainer, you teach the subjects where you were good at during high school. My subjects are Physics and Chemistry.
