As an IT & Data consultant, I started my career at Belfius Bank as a Business Process Owner. I quickly made the transition to Project and Team Coordinator and currently as head of Data Quality Management. Clearly the definition of my three greatest passions: "people, data & processes".In a big data-driven company my mission is to: 1) support and implement various initiatives and projects that will ensure quality, consistency and integrity between data-sets and databases.2) provide key insights for operational, reporting and commercial use through various dashboards and presentations with focus on automation.3) develop a good understanding between business, IT and Data Governance.My main focus is managing a portfolio of Data Quality Projects. This allows me to take on different roles within these projects, depending on the needs of the team and the different key stakeholders (Business, IT, Data-Analytics, Data Governance, Compliance, Tax, …). I spend my days collaborating with team members and stakeholders, querying, developing BI dashboards, proposing solutions, providing direction, thinking strategically, … I firmly believe in personal growth, so I like to challenge myself and others. I am always looking for new skills and experiences for myself and to be a coach for others. This allows me to increase the overall impact of a team in a rapidly changing environment. My strong foundation in Data-Analysis & the optimisation of business processes appears to be a good starting point to acquire more soft & hard skills. I know that there is still a lot to learn and lots of new people, companies and opportunities to discover. But I’m ready!
