Moving from a purely agency based delivery model to a more cost-effective and scalable off-shored delivery model while retainingagility. Hard lessons in scaling agile ways of working and what too much work inprogress does to your productivity, the importance of world class DevOpsengineers as key enablers for productivity. Creating beautiful products thatreach millions of users in over 40 countries.So what's going to be next? Artificial Intelligence is screaming for attention.Hyped no doubt, but still... exciting...
