Lead a team of 20 digital product owners and CRO / experimentation specialists, overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of digital experience and experimentation platform products for IKEA, with focus on Content Management, Experience Design System, Data as a Product and Experimentation (CRO)

Led a team of five digital transformation specialist in the areas of digital strategy, agile ways of working, process and organizational design and project and change management. Together we developed and established a new eCommerce operating model for all Commercial and Digital Product functions, securing 24/7 operational excellence for all IKEA markets.This supported effective collaboration between 30 market eCommerce and global ecommerce business- and product teams.

Led the largest eCommerce market for IKEA (approx. 4Million orders yearly) with a cross-functionalteam of 30 people, working in the areas of, digital merchandising, digital marketing, online content,digital analytics and (digital) operationsI have integrated eCommerce channel within existing business lines and developed online retail share from 17% to 27%, and 150% growth YoY.P&L accountable for Digital Channels.

Launch eCommerce for IKEA in Spain, 100% based on store fulfilment set-up. Recruitment of all members of the new eCommerce team (30 people).Triple digit growth 3 years in a row, from 0 to over 300Million turnover.P&L accountable for Digital Channels.

Led the Store together with the Store Manager. I led the teams (approx. 250 people) who wereresponsible for daily operations in areas of Customer Experience, Restaurant and Store Operations.

Leading Store Sale Teams as Sales Manager (2 years) and I have been program manager to securereadiness for eCommerce by implementing Services Offer, eCommerce Customer Services Operationsand Fulfillment for IKEA NL (2 years).

As a management consultant my main assignments have at the intersection of people, process and technology. Supporting large enterprise companies improving their people performance, by optimizing processes using technology as an enabler.
