- I am a positive enthusiastic Software Engineer/Developer & Tech Lead, designing and building software and connecting people in teams. However I am also Computer Scientist, Teacher, Instructor/trainer and Coach. Overall, I can be characterized as a 'pragmatic perfectionist'.- Currently working as a lead designer/senior developer in an agile scrum team with Java 17, Dropwizard, MQTT, Gradle, Python and EMQX. Before this one, worked in a project with Java 8-12+, spring boot, Python, React, AWS cloud, Kubernetes, Kafka, terraform, dynamodb, queues & topics, docker, docker-compose, json, postgres, git, bitbucket, intellij, etc. etc!- My interests are mainly focused on Computer Science, specifically Software Engineering and its application. My specialties include (in no particular order) Java, C, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, SQL (My- & Oracle- & Postgre- & No-), GIT, (Applied) Mathematics, Formal Methods, Software verification, Software Testing, Software Development in general. - Cool experience - I taught in Shanghai, China twice, in 2011 & 2012: a 3-week course C Programming Language at the Shanghai Maritime University for over 120 students. Courses I taught in the Netherlands include Introduction in OO Programming (Java), Data Analysis 1, Software Design and Implementation 1 (about Software Quality, Design Patterns, Frameworks and Non-functionals), Software Design and Implementation 2 (about Agile and Scrum software development), Programming Paradigms and Algorithms (algorithms, data structures and language evolution)Always curious for "What's next..."?!
