P&L Responsible for Marktplaats Pro Benelux. Marktplaats Pro is the CPC advertising solution for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB). Direct manager of 4 FTE (User base mgr, project mgr, partnership & business development manager and data scientist) and closely working together in a matrix organization with three product & tech teams (total ~70FTE), Data product team, business analytics team (2FTE), SMB marketing team (3 FTE) and SMB sales team (6 FTE). eBay Classifieds Group has merged with Adevinta as of June 25th. Adevinta is an international family of local digital brands. We are a marketplace specialist and helplocal marketplaces around the world thrive through global connections and networks of knowledge.Our local brands, including Leboncoin in France, mobile.de in Germany, InfoJobs in Spain, Subito inItaly, OLX in Brazil and Kijiji in Canada, have a total of 1.5 billion site visits and 250 million uniqueusers each month. In this role I am together with my team responsible for our strategy to sustainably grow the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment on the different classified sites of the eBay Classifieds group (including Marktplaats.nl, 2dehands.be, 2ememain.be) with our performance based product Admarkt.

Responsible for development of C2C business and the development of verticals on Marktplaats including Goods, Car parts, Real estate and Jobs.

Responsible for further development of the Car parts category on Marktplaats.nl

In this role I have been responsible for development of new revenue streams for Marktplaats focused on the top 200 Dutch advertisers. Key accomplishments include Marktplaats outlet in which A-brand could advertise their outlet products and building strategic integrations with large brands (for example PostNL). Next to that I have been responsible for managing the analytics team and the managing the marketeer of Daily deals.

Key accomplishments include an API strategy which made it possible to quadruple the number of active ads and new customer segments. Next to that we I have build a customer lifecycle management system which enabled us to double the number of active users.
