When companies come to us with their problem, I proceed as follows:1. Analysis of the problem; What is the end goal? What are the frameworks and parameters?2. Concept development based on analysis; The customer is included in the whole process, especially those who ultimately have to work with it; You have to make sure that everyone in the chain is looking in the same direction;3. Testing the concepts;4. Optimization based on testing with the ultimate end product as a result;5. Certification of the end product;6. Production;7. Communicate. Just as important as all the steps above. What does it do? What does it fix? What is it? Which problem is solved?
