Mainly in plastic solutions, like the Drumclip we have invented for a safer transportation of drums.As the owner of among other Gebaplast and Invago, I am engineer, entrepreneur and salesman together. When companies come to us with their problem, I proceed as follows:1. Analysis of the problem; What is the end goal? What are the frameworks and parameters?2. Concept development based on analysis; The customer is included in the whole process, especially those who ultimately have to work with it; You have to make sure that everyone in the chain is looking in the same direction;3. Testing the concepts;4. Optimization based on testing with the ultimate end product as a result;5. Certification of the end product;6. Production;7. Communicate. Just as important as all the steps above. What does it do? What does it fix? What is it? Which problem is solved? If you cannot communicate what the benefits are for your prospects, all previous steps are worthless.People sometimes ask me why others like to do business with me.Perhaps it is because I am technically strong, solution-oriented, always think along with the customer and am driven and loyal.As a result, I always come up with feasible solutions that I support 100% myself.In my spare time, I enjoy gliding and pass on my gliding enthusiasm as an instructor.
