• Idea generation: brainstorm sessions, hand drawings and models in cardboard,
• Concept design: determining the product-layout, functionality and mutual dependencies of the parts by means of volume studies, the making of working prototypes in cardboard and ABS, and shape studies in foam,
• Detailing: determining the production method, assembly, material selection and mould functioning. Constructing the parts in 3D with Unigraphics, controlling the details and functionality with help of Fusion Deposition.
