As consultant at Eiffel I analyze the Supply Chain and processes of companies in order to find ways to increase efficiency, mitigate risk and increase company workflow. After working closely with the Supply Chain team to develop a feasible improvement plan the implementation phase begins. My challenge in this phase is to keep the workload for the operational team to a minimum while ensuring they are contributing and owning the changes. Finding and implementing these optimization projects within the Supply Chain is what drives and energizes me. Nothing is more rewarding then motivating a team to come together in order to improve current business process and reap the rewards associated with the increase in efficiency.
