Responsible for the operating team (7 FTE) of the charging station portfolio of TotalEnergies Marketing Netherlands (approx. 10,000 charging points). This team was responsible for, among other things, management and maintenance, business intelligence, data analysis, contract management, energy management and asset management. This team works together according to the plan-do-check-act model to generate as much value as possible in our operation

In my role as Asset Manager, I ensure that our charging station portfolio (approx. 9,000 charging points) renders as well as possible. This includes drawing up and executing a portfolio strategy and an energy purchasing strategy. Furthermore, I make sure our processes are automated as much as possible. In addition, as Contract Manager I am responsible for creating and maintaining a strong and diverse network of suppliers in order to create the best possible propositions.

In my position, I was responsible for managing approximately 2,000 net zero homes (both renovated and newly built). The managing of the NOM homes included data monitoring, energy reporting, product development, customer and resident contact, contract management and process optimization. With great passion I managed a small team to run this operation as well as possible.

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

As a graduate student at the department of Development Services, I focussed on sustainable and healthy buildings. Hereby I focussed on practice (three days a week) and on research (two days a week).My graduate research focussed on WELL: a building certificate that, unlike BREEAM or LEED, focuses specifically on the impact of a building on the users health. The demand for this certificate seems large, but in the Netherlands, no building has yet been certified, and those who will be certified in the near future are high class buildings at A-locations. In my research, I aimed to answer, by means of interviewing building owners, why WELL is not implemented on a larger scale.

Eindhoven Area, Netherlands

At iCity, I focused on Smart Cities: by joining three smart projects, I created more insight into the development of a Smart City and the many projects and parties that play a role in it. The three projects I followed were in the fields of mobility and climate adaptivity, with innovation and sustainability in the base.

Eindhoven En Omgeving, Nederland

CHEOPS is the main study association of the Faculty of the Built Environment with more than 2,000 members. As the chairman, I was primarily responsible for the well-functioning of the 27 committees and creating and implementing our policy plan.
