Responsible to build up the new Wind Advisory team of Ramboll in the Netherlands. Growing with around1 FTE per month, we are closing the gap to decarbonize to net zero by helping clients develop, design and build their wind farms world wide.

Responsible to define all products and services that Fugro can offer in the Construction and Operational phase. As part of this role I initiated and secured funding to start the eDNA project BeWild, aimed to combine regular subsea inspection of wind farms with continuous environmental monitoring.

• Led a team of 7 principal engineers and 4 cost engineers with 8 different nationalities based in the Netherlands & Denmark, serving all Vattenfall’s Onshore markets• Successfully recruited 5 additional engineers• Initiated and set-up Strategic Supplier Relationships with Vattenfall’s key suppliers to understand and drive the technical development to fit the Onshore Wind project pipeline• Set the Levelized Cost of Energy targets for the BU Onshore• Prioritized & steer different cost reduction initiatives within the area of Technology• Driven the automation of the wind farm design process for early phase projects

As a member of the Operational Readiness team, I have streamlined the interface between Wind Generation and Wind Development. Main goal was to optimize the Levelized Energy Costs by determining the Operations & Maintenance Strategy of new wind parks in an early stage. During the three years I was dedicated to all offshore wind parks including the Borssele and German offshore tenders.

As consultant in the department Asset, Maintanance & Technology Management of BU Heat I was working in three main areas:• Asset Management. Responsible for developing several parts of the Asset Management process for all coal and gas fired power plants. Main goal of this project was to have a flexible AM process to adjust to changing market circumstances.• Process Safety. Project leader of an initiative to setup a Process Safety reporting system to enable the management to pro-actively manage Process Safety.• Knowledge Management. Responsible for structuring the Expert Groups within BU Heat and the development of a tool to connect experts and a tool to share technical data of all power plants.

The Corporate Management Traineeship of Nuon is a one year program in which a sound basis is created for a career within the energy sector. Besides the extensive training sessions I performed different assignments at two departments: - Nuon Portfolio Desk (B2B): develop and introduce services on our online trading platform to help clients to make the right trading decisions.- Process Governance & Improvement (Production): develop an overview of all Thermal Assets within Vattenfall and contribute to the implementation of a benchmark.

As a member of the Integral PowerMatching City project I looked at use cases of a smart grid pilot in Hoogkerk. Specifically I looked at the flexibility of the buffer system and its ability to balance the electricity system.

Student assistant for bachelor students of the ‘Honours College’ during the project ‘Sustainable Zernike’. The goal of the project was to investigate the electricity consumption at the university campus and develop reductive measures.

The Gasunie Project Challenge was a project of 15 international students, to investigate what the future challenges in the gas market are and how to deal with them.I was part of the sub-project concerning the changing energy market. We performed a competitor analysis to see how other European companies are dealing with sustainability and gave advice how Gasunie should approach the future.

In this upcoming hostel on Bocas del Toro (Panama) I was responsible for the all the financial aspects of the hostel as well as the allocation of the available rooms. I learned not only to work, but also deal with people from all over the world.
