Januari 2020 Wouter started to perform internal ISO 9001 audits on the processes. Wouter incorperates the changes resulting from the Audits into the QMS. This way Wouter contributes to continious proces-improvement and to continunuity of the ISO 9001:2015 certification of the Staffing QMS.

For IT Company Centric Wouter started at Professional Services B.V. at Gouda. After a switch in August 2012 Wouter is now primarily working on tenders of Centric Professional Staffing. He operates from the Staffing head office in IJsselstein, but also from regional offices in the Netherlands and Belgium and from home. Wouter assists Sales from first customer contact/ Expected Tenders, Opportunity Plans up to and including Contract check and external evaluations.As a Bid Manager Wouter is planning, coordinating and winning Tenders. All kind of bids (including 'Best Value Procurement') involving all sorts of Centric's Business Units and subcontractors for all types of (semi)Public institutions and companies, belong or belonged to his playing field. Including: • Framework contracts Interim Staffing using Centric employees and self-employed persons;• Framework contracts Education / Training;• Software projects; • Integrated (standard) solutions;• Electronic Marketplace / Dynamic Acquisition System.The contracts often involve sourcing of Service Desks, hiring (framework) agreements for IT, BI or Healthcare Professionals capacity and Multidisciplinary Teams.Wouter created, maintains and uses a tender-database with i.e. standard texts and references.Other Bid / Tender related services of Wouter are:• Keeping up to date with the laws on European Tenders;• Analysis of (legal) aspects of final (won) contracts; • In- and external Bid evaluation;• During bids/tenders:...o Legal analysis of terms and conditions; ...o Formulating and asking questions regarding tenders; ...o Analyzing answers;...o Commercial text writing.Using the CRM-system, Wouter coordinates the Staffing Expected Tenders. This offers him a good view on future tenders and a grip on the pipeline and the planning that lies ahead.

Securitas recognized the need to set up professional Bid Management in order to meet and beat competition at tenders and created the 'new function' of Bid Manager. Wouter worked at Securitas bids for European Tenders of PGGM, WUR, VU and other (potential) customers.

Wouter was asked and did choose to specialize in professional Bid Management and joined the Sales Support Office in 2007. Wouter managed various types of bids i.e. Framework contracts, software projects and integrated solutions for all kinds of Public institutions. To name a few:• Framework contracts (interim staffing for.; Amsterdam, Tilburg, Eindhoven, Gelderland, European Patent Office, de Belastingdienst and the Business Intelligence Competence Center Rotterdam);• Outsourcing (o.a.: Kadaster Mainframe, Loodswezen; Vitens Technisch & Functioneel Beheer SAP landschap and IAP Data DID Rijkswaterstaat);• Project ‘MIS / datawarehouse Dienst P&C (Postbus 51)’;• Co-Sourcing UWV;• Road pricing projects (Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Eindhoven).Each of Wouter’s bids represented a Total Contract Value for Logica between 0.5 up to 30 million Euro. In his First IT related function Wouter grew from a programming role into an analysis and design role. In various Wang environments he has been active in the areas of : (COBOL) System development, Sales, Implementations, Support Desk and Training. Wouter became an expert in the ERP packages of SOTAS (CA spin off) such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Billing and the Security System.

Using Lotus 1,2,3, Wouter performed various Inventory / accounting tasks including reporting to AM International (USA).

Wouter performed several accounting tasks using an IBM mini computer. Tasks varied from Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management through Salary-accounting 'Solisten en Dirigenten'.
