Responsible to set up a new business unit focused on selling contract manpower and recruitment solutions to customers in the High Tech & Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Automotive, Shipbuilding and Chemical Industry in Greater China, Japan and South East Asia. I hired and managed a team of sales and recruitment consultants, determined and executed the business development strategy and was actively involved in managing ongoing projects.

Besides the market research I was involved in business development for energy saving and automation solutions for industrial customers.

Worked over the years as Production Supervisor (managing 50 FTE), Project Leader and as Sourcing Specialist. As Project Leader the main projects I worked on involved improving the efficiency of production processes (LEAN, OEE, 5S) and the implementation of automation and robotics solutions such as vision and pick and place. As Sourcing and Supply Chain Specialist I was responsible for improving the efficiency of the supply chain by sourcing new raw materials and by running information sharing projects with suppliers and customers.
