This relates to following departments: training, fleet (ground service equipment), facility & infrastructure management, IT, procurement and process & operational improvement and this for the 2 hubs (Brussels and Liege) in Belgium. Growing the business: Responsible for all investment projects in Belgium.

Responsible for the various projects that aimed to transform the organization. The transformation projects are challenging, due to the complex internal organization, but are energizers, for me, by achieving clear results while managing time and costs. Responsible for Recircle. This subsidiary of Ballast Nedam Environmental Engineering focuses on the production of secondary materials out of waste (water, ground, etc.). I managed two existing ground and water treatment centers in Belgium and the Netherlands and the startup of a new facility in Belgium. Responsibilities included research and business development, profit & loss liability, general management and operational support. Recircle had a turnover of 4,5 million euro and had 8 FTE.
