In my search for a tastfull, natural, non alcoholic drink, I took a deep dive in the world of fermentation.I got inspired by Kombucha. It smelled like lambic beer, though tasted like nothing other. It probably originated thousands of years ago in a forgotten jar of sweet tea. Airborne yeasts and bacteria colonised the batch and transformed it into something completely different, sour, vinegary. My partners and I set to work with this concept. Ferm has stood for healthy soft drinks since 2017. These are our seasonings: Watermelon, Ginger Lemongrass, Mint Lavender, Blueberry Cassis, Mandarin Star Anise.
