As program manager I am responsible for the CORE program. The CORE program facilitates the transition from a 20 year Oracle Forms application to a modern SOA based ADF/BPM applications (from a monolith to several micro services).Besides the IT transition the program aims to transform our business by introducing process support and self service for the allocation office as well as the 80+ transplant centers in university hospitals in the 8 European member states Eurotransplant serves. Furthermore the program should lead to a maintainable and connectable system by using international standards and offering (web) services and support for tablet and mobile platforms where appropriate.All clinical data will be stored in a new OPENEHR platform. Within this platform standardised Clinical models based on OpenEhr archetypes and templates as well as terminology and classification standards (ICD-10, LOINV, UMUC) will used.As the program manager I am responsible for overseeing the entire program, coordinating between projects, managing stakeholders, managing suppliers and reporting on progress.
