Providing strategic leadership to the team of 20 real estate professions of the Investment, Asset, Project & development Management and Finance teams.As a team we managed in excess of €1 billion AUM, comprising 200+ tenants in the industrial, logistics and Office sector. Through this period owe successfully identified and executed various core+ and value-add opportunities resulting in significant value creation for our partners.Member of European Executive Team and Investment Committee.

As Head of Real Estate Europe I was responsible for setting up and managing Cromwell's European Real Estate team and for provide strategic leadership to the approx. 70 real estate professions within the Asset, property, project management and development team as well as the ESG team. Responsible for the overall management of Cromwell’s ca. 4bn AUM in Europe.Member of the European Management Team, the Investment, mandate and ESG committee and AIFM Board member.

As Managing Director at Valad Benelux, I was overall responsible for Valad Europe's business and operations within the Benelux region. Providing strategic leadership to the team of 24 real estate professions of the Investment, Asset, Project & development Management and Finance teams.

As Head of Investments, Benelux I was responsible for all acquisitions and dispositions within Valad's Benelux business, including product development, deal origination, underwriting and deal execution.In 2017 I was promoted to Managing Director taking over overall responsibility of Valad's Benelux business.
