Current• Working efficiently along several work streams and various subject matters in both contract as well as litigation projects.• Reviewing a variety of commercial contracts like Professional Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc. • Responsible for reviewing the legal documents using interpretation of law and analytical reasoning.• Responsible for quality checks and other measures to maintain the quality of work as per client request.• Working on project that provides legal research and litigation support such as RMBS and other financial investigations to top tier law firms and corporate bodies.• Handling legal documents which are important from business prospective.• Providing the training sessions with the concept of work and as per client’s request.
