LINE develops mobile-specific services such as communication, content, entertainment, and advertising businesses based on LINE app. I've been participated into these projects:Projects:# Identity and Access Management (IAM)- Developed a private cloud IAM product as a backend engineer using Go, Athenz, Redis, and MongoDB.- Actively contributed to the planning phase to improve user experience, successfully implementing a RESTful API using Go, Echo, Kubernetes, and MongoDB.- Collaborated cross-functionally with frontend, planning, security, and cloud platform teams to ensure seamless integration.- Built monitoring pipelines and dashboards using Vector, OpenSearch, OTEL-collector, Alertmanager, and Grafana.# Eventing Platform (Similar to GCP Eventarc)- Led backend development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) efforts to create a robust eventing platform for cloud event consumption.- Developed the platform using Go, Kubernetes, Operator-SDK, Apache Pulsar, and Benthos.- As an SRE, designed and maintained logging pipelines with Vector, Apache Kafka, and OpenSearch.# Functions (Similar to AWS Lambda)- Led the refactoring of the Kubernetes operator, successfully migrating user resources to a new cluster without downtime.- Enhanced logging pipelines with Fluentbit and Kafka, and refactored the CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Kustomize, and Helm.- Developed a user-friendly CLI for the platform and implemented a Kafka-triggered event system to simplify topic message consumption.# App Runner (Similar to GCP App Runner)- Designed an internal serverless platform with high availability using an active-standby Kubernetes cluster architecture with Knative.- Contributed to the platform's architecture design, utilizing prior experience with a serverless platform (Functions).- Developed the App Runner RESTful API using Go, Echo, and Kubernetes.

So, I was able to experience what security engineers do in the cloud environment.- Visualize abnormal event using Windows event logs in ELK stack collecting Windows Servers- Survey AWS Network Firewall for introducing new firewalls.- Survey new AntiVirus solutions for introducing in AWS environment.
