I possess excellent legal drafting skills and effective communication abilities.My extensive experience includes:• Providing legal support in a multi-RMB billion divestment where I was involved in contract negotiations, dealt with external counsel, supervised completion documentation and completion process;• Advising as foreign legal counsel in a S$1+ billion scheme of arrangement for the privatization and de-listing of an SGX-listed corporation;• Working collaboratively in a cross-functional team in preparing, streamlining, and fine-tuning core baseline expectations of contractual trading terms for the group companies’ business operations. One of the speakers/presenters in a full-day workshop at the group's Singapore HQ;• Acted as lead foreign counsel to lenders for a multi-US billion acquisition financing of a tender rig business; and• Served as lead foreign counsel to joint arrangers in a million medium-term notes program by a Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad-listed corporation.
