Created and ran quality control and review processes for myself and other staff appraisers, along with performing appraisals assignments myself, appraising homes for collateral in total excess of 250 million dollars.Implemented and maintained our internal Information Technology based solutions and applications including numerous data feeds and research platforms, storage of appraisal file and report data and images, and administration of email servers, website, internal database, and file systems along with backups, and all user workstations.
