I am Counsel with Burr & Forman LLP's Tampa office and have more than 35 years of experience as a commercial litigator. My practice concentrates on creditors’ rights with a primary emphasis on representing financial institutions and other lenders in garnishment proceedings and in recovery of secured assets in state court, including mortgage foreclosures, replevins, and collections through judicial lien enforcement. I also represent creditors in bankruptcy litigation matters and appellate litigation arising from the commercial litigation cases that I handle. I have substantial experience in property management and landlord-tenant law, principally representing commercial and residential landlords, and more recently have used my litigation experience to do transactional work in drafting and reviewing leases involving office and industrial property for clients.
