A member of the Firm’s executive leadership team, Patrick partnered in the establishment of Virtus' strategy and oversaw all financial and legal activities relative to the Company’s ‘spin-off’ into a stand-alone public entity which included the capital raise and the exchange listing of “VRTS” on the Nasdaq. He then went on in 2011 to re-shape the legacy business model and his plan added approximately 33% to the Firm’s market capitalization. He has executed the integrations of the firm’s many acquisitions and served as point on all crisis management. He spearheaded the launch of Virtus’ global business line and is now a primary lead and a board member. Patrick has worked intimately with and earned the trust and confidence of legendary investors, such as Marty Zweig, Oppenheimer Capital founder Chuck Brunie and Jim Rogers. Patrick manages all domestic and international fund financial and operations matters, including accessing the worldwide capital markets, overseeing portfolio management (in a ‘non-CIO’ manager of manager model), managing all forms of leverage/debt, customer service and global vendor oversight. Prior to joining the predecessor to Virtus, Patrick was a senior manager with Deloitte in the U.S. and Australia leading both assurance and consulting assignments. He served both public and private companies in the financial services industry, advising marque clients on public and private investments, securities offerings, complex financial instruments, mergers and acquisitions and complex reorganizations. His clientele included numerous large multinational financial institutions and a top-tier private equity client.Patrick has worked extensively with numerous boards; currently, he serves four fund boards, sits on both Virtus global fund boards and is a member of the Bank of New York Mellon’s Client Advisory Board. Mr. Bradley is also a Certified Public Accountant, has an MBA from the William & Mary Mason School of Business and was a New England Scholar during his undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut (B.S.)
