Starting out as an internship, I was asked to stay as a temporary part-time employee to help out with on-going projects, and was the lead for the 2016 School District Internship program for the interns that worked at our NOC.Some projects that I assisted on: - Wireless Troubleshooting across 100+ APs in a single site, to resolve a common Dell Latitude/Chromebook issue - DNS/DHCP/IPAM troubleshooting - Create documentation for new items that have been implemented, as well as create SOPs for said items. - Map out an Active Directory infrastructure, including all on and off-site links.
