I attended UNCW graduating with a degree in Business Administration, and am currently the Director of Facilities and Systems with PHILLIPS Management. After six years in this industry in various positions from Sales Manager to my current title, I feel confident in saying I know a thing or two about managing properties (probably more then two), and that I enjoy doing it. I look to find inefficiencies in the work environment and improve them. I enjoy digging into data behind a computer, and also directing projects in the field, especially a Student Housing Turn.But that's enough about work, I also love film and photography. Drones, DSLR, Film, I like it all. I use these skills for work if you need them, but ultimately they make me happy. I have so many skateboards/longboards my Wife made me put em in the attic. So yea, I like riding boards too. To sum it up, I do my best to be honest, accountable, and genuine. I shoot it straight, and call everyone boss.
